Install Paladin Dialer

Android

Open this page on your phone and tap the button. Android will ask once for permission to install an app from your browser.

1. Tap Download for Android, then open the downloaded file.
2. If asked, allow installs from your browser, then go back.
3. Tap Install, then Open.
4. Enter your Paladin dashboard address, email and password. Allow access to Contacts.

Already have an older Paladin Dialer on the phone from before September 2026? Uninstall it first, then install this one.

iPhone

On iPhone the app installs through TestFlight, Apple's own app for software that is on its way to the App Store. Every iPhone app goes through it before listing.

1. Install TestFlight from the App Store (free, made by Apple).
2. Send us the email address your Apple ID uses. We send you an invitation.
3. Open the invitation, tap Accept, then Install.
4. Open Paladin Dialer and enter your dashboard address, email and password. Allow access to Contacts.

Invitations come from "Ashford and Briggs LLC via TestFlight". Check spam if it does not arrive within a few minutes.

Your first call

To call from your phone, open Paladin Dialer, select the contact, and call them from inside the app. That is what lets Paladin transcribe the call and file it in your dashboard, with your Paladin number as the caller ID. A call started from your phone's own dialer or from Contacts is not transcribed, so for work calls from your phone always start from the app.

You can always start a call from the Paladin website instead: Paladin rings your phone, and when you answer it connects you to the candidate. See Call a candidate.

Calls made through the app are transcribed. The app does not yet announce this on the call, so let the person you are calling know.
