Quickstart

From your invite to your first transcribed call.

Paladin Recruiter is where you keep your candidates and jobs, and where your calls with candidates happen. Start a call from Paladin, and it prepares a brief beforehand, listens while you talk, and files the summary on the candidate’s record afterwards.

  1. Candidates and jobs live in Paladin. Each candidate has a record with their résumé, notes, and every call you’ve had with them.
  2. You call from your own phone. Start a call in Paladin and it rings your phone, then connects you to the candidate. Away from your desk, the Paladin Dialer app does the same from your phone. Either way the call is transcribed and the candidate sees your Paladin number.
  3. Paladin does the write-up. While you talk, the Call Console shows the transcript and suggests questions. When you hang up, the summary goes onto the candidate’s record, under the job you called about.

For the whole loop, from a new job to a report for the hiring manager, see The recruiting workflow.
