Install the Paladin Dialer

The Paladin Dialer is the app you call candidates from on your phone. Calls you place from it run through Paladin, so they’re transcribed and filed in your dashboard. Installing takes a few minutes. The full install page, with the Android download button, is at paladinrecruiter.com/dialer.

Before you start

You need your Paladin account set up, with your cell phone’s number on it. See Set up your account.

iPhone

The iPhone app installs through TestFlight, Apple’s own app for apps on their way to the App Store.

1. Install TestFlight from the App Store. It’s free and made by Apple.
2. Send us the email address your Apple ID uses. We send you an invitation.
3. Open the invitation, tap Accept, then Install.

Android

1. On your phone, open paladinrecruiter.com/dialer and tap Download for Android. Then open the downloaded file.
2. If Android asks, allow installs from your browser, then go back.
3. Tap Install, then Open.

What happens next

The app opens on the Calls tab and asks you to connect it to your account. Continue with Connect the Dialer to your account.

If something goes wrong

• The TestFlight invitation doesn’t arrive. It comes from “Ashford and Briggs LLC via TestFlight”. Check your spam folder. If it isn’t there, check that the email you sent us is the one your Apple ID uses.
• TestFlight can’t install the app. TestFlight is signed in with a different Apple ID from the one we invited. Sign in to TestFlight with the invited Apple ID.
• Android says the app isn’t installed. You have an older Paladin Dialer on the phone from before September 2026. Uninstall it, then open the downloaded file again.
