Paladin Dialer

Connect the Dialer to your account

Your dashboard address and login, once per phone.

Connect the app once, with the same login you use for Paladin in your browser. After that, every call you place from the app goes out through your Paladin number.

  1. Open Paladin Dialer. On the Calls tab, tap Connect now. (Or tap the gear at the top right.)
  2. Under Connect to Paladin Recruiter, enter your Dashboard address: the address you sign in to Paladin at in your browser. You can paste the whole address from your browser; the app keeps only the part it needs.
  3. Enter your Email and Password, the same ones you use for the dashboard. Your phone’s password manager can fill them in.
  4. Tap Connect. The app signs you in and takes you back to your calls.
  5. Open the Contacts tab. When your phone asks for access to your contacts, allow it.
  6. On Android only: the first time you place a call, Android asks to let Paladin Dialer make and manage phone calls. Allow it.

What the app asks for, and why

  • Contacts (iPhone and Android). The app lists your phone’s contacts next to your candidates and teammates so you can call them through Paladin. On iPhone the prompt says “Paladin Dialer shows your contacts so you can call them through Paladin.” Your contacts stay on the phone; they’re never uploaded.
  • Phone calls (Android only). Lets the app place the call for you with one tap. If you don’t allow it, the app opens your phone’s dialer with the number filled in, and you tap call yourself.

The app doesn’t ask for your microphone or for notifications. The call itself runs in your phone’s own Phone app.

What happens next

To check which account the phone is on, tap the gear. It shows Connected, your name, your Paladin number, and the dashboard address.

If something goes wrong

  • “Sign-in failed.” The dashboard address, email or password is wrong. Check that you can sign in with them in your browser, then try again.
  • “Your account has no phone number assigned.” Ask your Paladin admin to assign you a Paladin number, then tap Connect again.
  • “This account can’t get a PIN automatically.” A PIN field appears. Ask your Paladin admin for your PIN, enter it, and tap Connect.
  • “Enter your dashboard address, email, and password.” One of the fields is empty.
