Paladin Dialer

Review a call on your phone

Summary, transcript and outcome, from the Calls tab.

Every call that went through Paladin is on the Calls tab. Open one to read the summary and transcript, and to record the outcome while it’s fresh. What you save here is saved in your dashboard too.

  1. Open Paladin Dialer. It opens on Calls.
  2. Tap the call. To find an older one, type a name or number under Search Paladin calls.
  3. Read Summary, Key points and Action items. To read the whole conversation, tap Transcript.
  4. Under Outcome, tap the one that fits: Scheduled next, Forwarded to client, Callback requested, No answer or Rejected.
  5. Add anything worth remembering under Notes, then tap Save outcome. The button changes to Saved.
  6. To see the candidate’s profile, jobs and documents, tap their name (Profile, opportunities and documents).

The outcome shows under the call in your Calls list, here and in the dashboard. Reports made for the call are listed under Reports; tap one to read it.

If the caller isn’t a candidate in Paladin yet, you see Name this caller instead of their name. Type their name under Full name, or tap Link to phone contact to use the name from your phone’s contacts, then tap Save name.

  • “No summary yet.” The summary appears a minute or two after the call ends. Go back and open the call again.
  • “Couldn’t save the outcome.” Check your connection and tap Save outcome again.
  • “Sign-in expired.” Your dashboard password changed. Reconnect the app; see Change Dialer settings. Then save again.
  • Tapping a call dials it instead of opening it. Paladin hasn’t registered the call yet. Wait a minute, pull down on Calls to refresh, then tap it again.
